Can I pay by check?

It must be communicated in advance upon arrival, the Management will reserve the right to accept it.

Can I pay by credit card upon departure?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and of course Bancomat.

Does the online price include breakfast?

Normally all prices are expressed in Euro with buffet breakfast included and tourist tax not included.

Are rooms available for the disabled?

Yes, only double rooms completely accessible to disabled customers, to which we guarantee complete access to the Hotel and all services.

What is a credit card for?

The credit card is used to guarantee the stay and is linked to the booking conditions. The hotel will pre-authorize 4 days before checkin.

Can I book a double room for single use?

Yes, it is possible. The cost of a double room for single use is equal to the price per person plus the single use supplement of €17.00 per day.

Does the hotel have a luggage room?

Yes, luggage storage is free for guests staying at the hotel both on arrival and departure.

Is the tourist tax included in the price?

City tax is not included in the rate. The daily cost is € 4.00 to be paid in cash in the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 2 pm and check out must be done by 11 am.
